In honor of the Realm's Heirs, Christoph and Adelhait, come celebrate and do honor to the House of the White Rose. Coronation will boast all the amenities to host royalty and baronage, hunters and game and all gentles betwixt and between - be you a brave hunter, a stalwart comrade at arms, a fierce artisan, a sturdy traveling companion…there is a place for you in our Hunt and by our fire. Hunters of Atlantia, bring out your dogs and help us prepare for an event worthy of your new Monarchs. Will you prove yourself to be the Master of Game?

Arts & Sciences:Themed activities and displays including: Attire for the Hunt: Bring your best clothing, livery or equipment as seen or used in the hunt;  The Best Depiction of the White Rose of York: Use any medium to display the White Rose of York; Parade of Hounds: No hunt happens without the noble hounds.  The White Rose decrees “Show Us Your Noble hounds.”  There will be a parade of doggos for her Majesty’s pleasure. Dress your beloved canines in their finest livery!  
Feast:Menu will consist of theme appropriate delicacies. See website for full menu.
Merchanting:Merchants are welcome. Contact merchant coordinator for space.
Other:Showers are available on site.

Registration Notes: Camping Costs: $20.00 Refund Policy: Refunds are based on Kingdom of Atlantia Financial Policy. If you pre-registered through SCORES – please cancel your reservation in SCORES and then send an email to: exchequer@officer.atlantia.sc a.org and confirm your request for a refund within five (5) days of the conclusion of the event. Those that request after the event has concluded will be reviewed by the Kingdom Exchequer on a case-by-case basis. KINGDOM REFUND POLICY For Kingdom Events sponsored by the Kingdom, Event Refunds shall be provided as follows: i. Feast refund will be provided if the feast spot was resold to another attendee. ii. Other fees may be refunded based upon a decision by the Atlantian Council of the Exchequer. iii. The Kingdom Exchequer must receive refund requests in writing (email is acceptable) no later than five (5) business days after the event. iv. All refunds shall be paid by check from the Atlantian checking account. v. No refund shall be issued until the event books have been closed and all reservation checks have cleared. vi. vi.No refund shall be issued if the event has not made a profit. This policy may be waived by unanimous vote of the Kingdom Financial Committee in cases of event cancellation or other extreme circumstances, provided that such action does not put the Kingdom in financial jeopardy.

Site Restrictions:This is a wet site, modern laws concerning alcohol apply. Pets are allowed, but must be controlled at all times and policed. This is a Primitive Camping Site, folks with significant mobility challenges or who need access to electricity should contact the Event Steward/Event Steward to determine if the site will be appropriate for them. Ground fires are allowed but must be filled in and coals, rocks, remains of wood, burnt and unburnt, removed to the trees. No sumps allowed. Fire Extinguishers are required for ground fires and merchants. Any violation is cause for being removed from the site. For the RV Section, there are NO hookups of any kind. RV's must be registered before coming on site.

Directions:
From the South: Take your best route to I-77 North. Take Exit 82 and turn right at the end of the exit ramp. *Proceed less than a mile and turn right onto Messick Rd. Proceed to the end of Messick Rd. and turn left on Center Rd. Approx. 9 miles later Mitchel Chapel United Methodist Church is on the left. Elchenburg Farm is 4/10ths of a mile further on right. Turn right on gravel road Elchenburg Castle Pl. Signs will be posted. From Hwy 421: Proceed to intersection with I- 77 North, Exit 82, use directions from * From the North: Take your best route to I-81 then to I-77 South to Exit 82, turn left at the exit ramp, use directions from * From the East: Be Aware, signs from this direction are routinely stolen. Be certain to have a backup for finding site. From Interstate 40, take Exit 188 to Highway 421 West toward Boone and Yadkinville. Continue on 421 until the Yadkinville/Highway 601 Exit 257. Turn Right at light onto 601. In 4/10s mile at light turn Left on W. Lee St. At Light turn left onto West Main St/old Hwy 421. About 7/10ths of a mile just before Harmony Grove Friends Meetinghouse turn Right on Booger Swamp Rd, and at the end of Booger Swamp, turn Right on Center Rd. Travel 2.2 miles, Elchenburg is on the Left. Turn left on Elchenburg Castle Pl. If you see the Mitchel Chapel United Methodist Church, you have gone too far.
